Sheroes’ Bootcamp is an innovative women’s-only training program that combines the most effective Mixed Martial Arts techniques – Krav Maga, Boxing, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense – with a functional training component to give you a total body workout. The program is non-contact, so you don’t have to worry about your colleagues discovering that you are training to be a superhero.
For those of you not familiar with functional training, it involves training the whole body for the activities performed in life – running, jumping, lifting, squatting, etc. The exercises integrate multiple muscles across multiple planes – think CrossFit without the heavy power lifting.
The goal of the program is provide you with proven self-defense techniques while helping you get in shape.
Think you aren’t ready? Don’t worry. We will work with you regardless of your level of conditioning.
